The event titled "Eye-Opening Talks: HR Strategies in Group Hotels," organized in collaboration with Isparta University of Applied Sciences (ISUBÜ) Isparta Vocational School, Career Center, IMYO Logistics Program, ISUBÜ ASIA Community, and Corendon Hotels & Resorts, was successfully held on May 13, 2026, at the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Law Conference Hall. The event was organized by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolga GÜL, coordinator of the ISUBÜ Career Center.

Organized in collaboration with Isparta University of Applied Sciences (ISUBÜ) Isparta Vocational School Logistics Program and the Career Center, the event titled "Eye-Opening Talks: HR Strategies in the Logistics Sector" was successfully held on May 13, 2026, at the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Law Conference Hall.

Aiming to guide our students' career planning and bring them together with industry professionals managing international operations, the program featured prominent HR executives Mr. Yılmaz Taştan, Ms. Hacer Doğan, and Ms. İzem Şafak as esteemed guest speakers.

During the event, the dynamics of human resources management in the rapidly growing supply chain and logistics sector were discussed in detail. The industry representatives provided students with comprehensive information on the following key topics:

  • Corporate Brand Management in Global Logistics Operations

  • The Fundamental Functions of Human Resources in the Logistics Sector

  • HR Processes and the HR Cycle in Supply Chain Management

  • Crisis Management and Effective HR Structuring

The program, which holds great significance within the scope of Isparta Vocational School's 50th-anniversary events, attracted intense interest from our academicians and Logistics Program students.
