The Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services Department of Isparta Vocational School continues its efforts to connect its students with international gastronomy standards and global career opportunities.

Within this context, a graduate of our Culinary Arts Program, who works at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Cologne, Germany, shared her professional experience and international culinary expertise gained abroad in a talk organized by our department.

The event, which saw strong participation from faculty and students of the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services Department, comprehensively covered fine dining cuisine, work cultures in different countries, international gastronomy standards, professional adaptation processes, and career opportunities abroad. The experiences shared by our student regarding professional kitchen organizations and multicultural work environments provided a significant vision and motivation for the participants.

The event, which concluded interactively with a question-and-answer session, was met with great interest. As the department management and academics, we thank our student for successfully representing our country and university in the field of international gastronomy and wish her continued success in her professional career.
