Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program, the project prepared by İbrahim Arda Yavuz, a student of our Vocational School's Culinary Arts Program, under the supervision of Lec. Mehmet Anıl Küçükyaman, has been entitled to receive support following scientific evaluations.
The accepted research project, titled "New Menu Development Through the Repurposing of Food Waste," aims to prevent food waste and reintegrate waste into use on a sectoral basis. Through this study, which will be carried out with a focus on sustainable food and innovation, it is aimed to make significant contributions to both academic literature and the gastronomy sector.
