INTRODUCTION TO THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM

The aim of the Business Administration Program is to train graduates who will meet the needs of businesses for qualified human resources equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond to the demands of the global world.

The program aims to equip students with a strong understanding of business principles, enabling them to make sound decisions regarding the effective and efficient use of resources, effectively participating in strategic management, marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources processes, possessing advanced management and organizational skills, strong analytical and synthesis abilities, and adherence to ethical values.

In addition to general business topics that directly and indirectly affect economic and social life, the Business Administration program includes courses in Accounting, Law, Information and Communication Technologies, Communication Techniques, Marketing and Sales Techniques, Financial Planning and Control, Human Resources Management, and Foreign Languages, all taught both theoretically and practically. The program utilizes experts in their fields to deliver courses and facilitates the transfer of sectoral practices and developments to students. In order for students to see real-life examples of the concepts they have learned theoretically and to increase their knowledge, field trips are organized to businesses operating in the region.
